This Service Agreement is an agreement between you and CHATINTIME INC. (hereinafter referred to as CHATINTIME). This service is an Internet software service provided by CHATTINTIME. You must agree to this agreement before creating an account and using the Service. You will be deemed to have understood and fully agreed to the Terms of Service as soon as you use the services provided by CHATTINTIME, or by checking the check box or clicking the button to accept the terms. This Agreement will be amended as necessary and without notice. The revised terms and conditions will supersede the original service agreement once they are published on the website.
Service Description and InstructionsWe offer a variety of online services, including text editing, spreadsheets, presentation documents, database application creation tools, e-mail, instant messaging, customer relationship management, project management and more (all known as "Services"). You can use the CHATINTIME service in your personal or corporate name through a web browser. It is your sole responsibility to obtain Internet access and related equipment in order to use our services. You can create and edit content, publish it publicly, or share it with others under your CHATINTIME account. CHATINTIME provides intelligent robot service and operation management platform service for users through the Internet. When using the CHATINTIME service platform, you should know:
1. Equipped with the necessary equipment for Internet access,
including personal mobile phone, tablet computer, modem, router,
etc.;
2. Be responsible for the telephone charges and network charges
related to the service paid by individuals;
3. Select the software version matching the installed terminal
device, including but not limited to iOS, Android, Windows and other
released application versions.
1. Provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date personal
information;
2. When personal information is changed, modify it in time to ensure
its authenticity and accuracy. If CHATINTIME discovers or has
reasonable grounds to suspect that your information is untrue,
inaccurate, expired or incomplete, we will terminate your user
account and refuse you to use part or all of CHATINTIME services.
We provide certain closed or open testing services for product testing and evaluation. You agree that we have the right to determine at our discretion the cycle of testing and evaluation and whether commercial editions can be launched. You will not be compelled to use paid services because you have used the Services for the Test Period, and CHATINTIME reserves the right to cancel the Test Services at any time, temporarily or permanently without notice to you. You agree that CHATINTIME will not be liable for any injury to you or any third party arising out of, arising out of, or in connection with any modification, suspension or termination of the Beta Service.
Register your account1. When you successfully register your account and conduct
association with a third-party platform that CHATINTIME provides
technical support (including but not limited to obtaining coupons of
the third-party platform, logging into the third-party background,
and generating purchase behavior), you authorize the third-party
platform to obtain your mobile phone account for convenience of
placing an order.
2. If you choose to access the platform through the third-party
authorized login program, you need to authorize CHATINTIME to

nickname and avatar. After authorization, you will become the "user"
of the platform.
After you fill in the information according to the prompt on the
registration page and register successfully, you will become the
"user" of the website; the platform will give you a user account
number, and the password will be set by you. You are responsible for
keeping the account number and password of the user.
3. You shall bear all legal responsibilities for your activities and
events on the platform.
4. If the same identity authentication information, the same mobile
phone number or CHATINTIME troubleshooting is used to determine that
the actual controller of multiple accounts on the platform is the
same person, it shall be deemed as the same user.
5. You confirm that before you begin to use this Service, you shall
have the civil capacity as required by the laws of the People's
Republic of China to suit your conduct. If you do not have the
aforementioned capacity for civil conduct appropriate to your
actions, you need to be accompanied by your guardian to complete the
registration, and you and your guardian shall bear all consequences
arising therefrom in accordance with the law. At the time of placing
your order, you are deemed to have satisfied the above conditions
and are responsible for the authenticity of all information you
provide in the order.
The personal information you provide to CHATINTIME is protected by the CHATINTIME Privacy Agreement. Your choice to use the CHATINTIME service indicates that you fully accept the CHATINTIME privacy policy. You are responsible for maintaining your user name, password, and other sensitive information, and for all operations under your account. CHATINTIME shall not be liable for any damages to you or third parties caused by unauthorized access or use of your user account.
CHATINTIME BulletinThe service will include announcements issued by CHATINTIME, such as service update notifications, management messages, and corporate news. You understand that such announcements are part of the CHATINTIME service. As part of our protection of your privacy.
Fees and Payments1. The CHATINTIME service has versions of different terms. You
understand that you can purchase a paid version of CHATTINTIME
products on a monthly or yearly basis. Please renew your
subscription as soon as the service expires. You shall renew the
Services for a period of 3 days from the Service End Date during
which CHATINTIME will maintain the original version of the Services
for you. We believe that you will no longer use the CHATINTIME
service paid version and your service will be automatically stopped.
2. From time to time, we may change the current rate of free service.
No charge increases will be performed until your current
subscription period ends. You will not be charged any service
charges unless you choose to order a paid version.
3. Within the Service term, if you choose to discontinue using the Services or if the Services are suspended or terminated due to a serious violation on your part of the terms of this Agreement, the fees you have paid will not be refunded. The Company will continue to maintain your account and data information until the expiration of the Service term.
4. Before the expiration of the Service term, you have the option to apply for the resumption of the Services that you have previously stopped using. However, the fee for the period during which the service was suspended will not be refunded, and the Service term will not be extended. If the Services are suspended or terminated due to a serious violation on your part of the terms of this Agreement, you may apply to the Company for the resumption of Services after assuming the corresponding liability for breach of this Agreement.
Except for all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not: (i) transfer this Service or make it applicable to any third party; (ii) provide services based on CHATINTIME Services to third parties without the written consent of CHATINTIME; (iii) use its website link without agreeing to the terms of service of the third party website; (iv) publish information such as logo, company name, etc. linked to its website without the written permission of a third party; (v) disclosing personal or confidential information belonging to another person or group without his or her consent; (vi) use the Services in any manner that may cause damage, disablement, overload, damage or injury to CHATINTIME's servers, networks, computer systems, resources; (vii) a violation of any applicable local, national or international laws and regulations; (viii) create a false identity as confirmation or initiate a communication to mislead any person.
Send spam or engage in illegal activitiesYou agree to be solely responsible for the content delivered using the CHATINTIME service. And you agree not to use CHATINTIME Services for illegal purposes or to transmit information that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, infringing upon the privacy of others, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or offensive, racist, viral or malicious code, or infringes intellectual property or other rights of others. You agree not to use the CHATINTIME service to send junk mail, chain mail, phishing mail, or unsolicited mass mail. CHATINTIME reserves the right to terminate your account and deny you access to some or all of CHATTINTIME Services if it is found that there are reasonable grounds to believe that you are using CHATINTIME Services for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
Personal Information and PrivacyThe personal information you provide to CHATINTIME is protected by the CHATINTIME Privacy Agreement. Your choice to use the CHATINTIME service indicates that you fully accept the CHATINTIME privacy policy. You are responsible for maintaining your user name, password, and other sensitive information, and for all operations under your account. Inactive User Account PolicyCHATTINTIME reserves the right to terminate free user accounts if they have not logged in to the CHATTINTIME service for a continuous period of 120 days. Upon termination, the relevant data will also be deleted. We will notify you in advance of this termination and provide backup data options. Data deletion policies may apply to all or part of the service. For the purpose of calculating the non-login time, each service will be treated as a separate, separate service. That is, frequent use of one service does not represent constant use of another service. For more than one user in the account, if at least one user is frequently used, the account is not considered to be used infrequently.
Data OwnershipYou own the content you create or store. Except with your specific permission, CHATINTIME will not use, copy, adapt, modify or publish content created or stored in your Account for commercial, marketing or any similar purposes. However, you grant CHATINTIME access, copy, distribution, storage, transfer, reformatting, public presentation, and public access to execute your user account only as required to provide services to you. CHATINTIME has the right to access, copy, store, and send your account content only for the purpose of serving you.
User-generated contentYou can send or publish content created using the CHATINTIME service or otherwise. However, you are solely responsible for this content and the consequences of its dissemination or distribution. Anything you post is publicly accessible over the Internet and can be captured and indexed by search engines. It is your responsibility to ensure that no private content is published. You may receive content sent to you by other users of the CHATINTIME service for your information only and for personal use only, and you may not use, copy, copy, distribute, distribute, display, sell, authorize or otherwise use the content for any purpose. If you encounter any copyright notice or content that is protected by copyright in the course of using any CHATINTIME service, you may not remove such copyright notice or disable such copyright protection. DisclaimerYou expressly understand and agree that the use of CHATINTIME Services is at your own risk. CHATINTIME Services are provided only in accordance with their present condition and CHATINTIME expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. CHATINTIME does not guarantee that the Services will be non-disruptive, timely, secure, or erroneous. You shall use any material downloaded or obtained from the CHATINTIME service at your own discretion and shall be solely responsible for any damage that may be caused to your computer system, mobile phone, wireless device or data. Except as expressly provided in this clause, no advice or information, whether written or oral, received by you from CHATINTIME, its employees or representatives shall constitute any warranty.
Limited LiabilityIn no event shall CHATTINTIME be liable for any damages, whether or not caused directly or indirectly by the use or inability to use CHATINTIME Services, including, but not limited to, loss of business profits, business interruption, computer failure, loss of business information, etc. Regardless of whether CHATINTIME knew beforehand that such damage could occur. In any event, CHATINTIME’s full liability will not exceed the service charges you have paid.
IndemnityYou shall indemnify and hold CHATINTIME, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers and affiliates, There is no liability for this.
arbitrationAny dispute arising out of or in connection with this clause shall be settled in accordance with the relevant laws of China. Any such dispute or claim shall be arbitrated separately and shall not be combined with the claim or dispute of other parties. The arbitration result is final and non-appealable. CHATINTIME may also seek injunctive or other form of equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction at any time.
Interrupt or terminateWhen a user's account is suspiciously illegal, your account is
dormant, or a government or legal department investigates a request,
you will be interrupted or temporarily barred from accessing the
CHATINTIME service. Objections to user account interruptions and
disablements should be addressed to contact@jishiyuchat.com within
30 days of being notified of the interruption. We may terminate
suspended or disabled user accounts after 30 days. We may also
terminate your user account at your request.
In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your User Account and
Denial of Service in the event that you are satisfied that you are
in breach of this clause, and to terminate your access to the Beta
Service in the event of an unexpected technical problem or
termination of the Beta Service.
